Detroit’s Trusted Hospice Care
Intended for patients who have a life-limiting illness, hospice care puts the focus on helping you maintain the best possible quality of life and providing comfort for patients and families during the last weeks or months of life. Our hospice care services are available for patients with everything from pulmonary disease to cancer, and care is tailored to each person’s individual needs and preferences.
Services Provided
Three Oaks Hospice develops an individualized care plan for each patient. We can assist with the following services in the Detroit area:

- Related medications
- Pain management and symptom control
- Physician directed services
