We come to wherever your loved one calls home including their home, a family member’s home, an assisted living community, or a nursing facility anywhere in our Midlands service area. We do not have an inpatient facility. Our Columbia team travels to you throughout our 12-county service area so your loved one can remain in familiar surroundings.

Yes. The Medicare hospice benefit applies throughout South Carolina, including Richland, Lexington, and all of the surrounding counties we serve.
