We Honor Veterans Program in El Paso

Three Oaks Hospice | El Paso has reached level 4 with the We Honor Veterans program. This accomplishment is due to our dedication to educating our internal staff about building a veteran-centric culture every quarter. Additionally, we provide educational resources to the community about the importance of hospice veteran partnerships and the role of volunteers. Our team has a volunteer program for recognizing veterans and their families through pinning ceremonies and patient visits. We are committed to enhancing access and improving the quality of care for Veterans in our community through our hospice-veteran partnership.

We Honor Veterans is an initiative by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), which collaborates with hospices, veterans facilities, and veterans. The program offers different partnership levels ranging from Recruit to Level 5, which can be achieved by fulfilling specific criteria. By joining forces with the We Honor Veterans program, Three Oaks Hospice can guarantee that our Veterans are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and specialized care they deserve.
