Pain management, chaplain services, counseling, and medical equipment management are all part of hospice care. Physician-directed care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and preferences lets you or your loved one spend those final days, weeks, or months in a familiar setting surrounded by love and support.

Palliative Care in Fort Worth
Three Oaks Hospice provides palliative care services in the Fort Worth, TX area. Palliative care is an approach that enhances the quality of life for people living with serious illnesses, such as cancer or Alzheimer’s disease. It’s used to treat symptoms of a serious illness like pain, nausea, or decreased mobility. Palliative care can be provided along with curative or other therapies.
The palliative care team works to identify the patient’s and family members’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. It also provides strategies to help reduce the stress related to serious illness.
