Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the agency’s daily operations, ensuring effective management and growth.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain full responsibility for the financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, Three Oaks Hospice policies and procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Actively identify and develop ongoing relationships with referral sources and external customers to promote Three Oaks Hospice services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and Three Oaks leadership to identify new referral sources and highlight the unique benefits of Three Oaks Hospice in the community.
  • Staff Development: Provide professional development opportunities for staff and motivate the team to achieve excellence in service and performance across all program areas.
  • Quality and Standards: Establish, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that align with and promote high-quality standards.
  • Personnel Management: Responsible for employing, delegating and coordinating qualified hospice personnel and their evaluations.
